To make a return it is necessary to:

1. Write to us on e-mail natalia.elonen@outlook.com.
2. In the letter specify: Name, Surname, order number and the reason for the return
3. Within 1 working day from the moment of receiving the written notification the manager will contact you and help you to make the return.
4. Returned goods must be carefully packed and sent by yourself to the address: Laulurastaanpolku 1b 20. 01450 Vantaa.
5. All transportation costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by us, the refund will be made to the buyer's current account.

It is possible to return or exchange the product, provided that the product has not been worn and has no visible defects and contamination, the original labels are preserved and attached to the product.

In this case, all transportation costs for the return and exchange of the product are borne by the buyer.

Our Workshop not only sews christening clothes, shawls, and wedding items, but also provides clothing repair services.
This service is only available in Finland.

Turn the product out before washing.
For machine washing:

• Select “hand wash” or delicate mode.
• The temperature should not exceed 30 °C.
• We recommend washing the garment in a bag.
• Set the spin speed to 800 rpm.

For hand washing:

• Soak the garment in clean warm water for 10 minutes.
• Lightly wring the garment.
• Change the water and add laundry detergent.
• Gently rinse the garment and leave it in the water for 15-20 minutes.
• Rinse the garment in clean warm water and gently wring out the garment.

For ironing, we recommend using a steamer or ironing at minimum temperature.
